I come to your site and teach yoga to your employees. If there is no room or time to change clothes, we can do chair yoga in work clothes. Employees return to work calm, centered, and clearminded, ready to begin the day (if a morning class) or finish the day strong (if a lunch time class). Yoga increase productivity, and makes for happy employees. It is an inexpensive benefit you can offer and build a lot of goodwill. Call 215-913-5861 for information.

Why do yoga? Yoga increases strength and flexibility. Anyone can do yoga. Large or small, very flexible or very stiff. Yoga classes are easily tailored to level of ability.

Yoga increases resiliency of emotions, focus and concentration. Yoga balances the body by working out the entire body, using only the weight of the body to increase strength. Yoga is especially good for people with back pain, as it strengthens the core 360 degrees around the body. Also good for people with desk jobs or who do repetitive tasks. Creates muscle confusion so muscles do not fatigue as easily.
